Regenda is a North West based housing and regeneration organisation that provides high quality homes as well as delivering community regeneration projects that help us to make the North West a better place to live.


In 2002 Maritime and Templar Housing Associations joined forces to create a regional partnership, others soon saw the advantage of this visionary group, West Pennine joined in 2004 and Wyre Housing Association in 2005.


Owning over 13,000 homes across the North West, the Regenda Group is an influential regional player.


Regenda has assets of over £380m, a turnover of £41m and we employ 300+ people.
