Regenda recognises the value of learning and development to the individual as well as to the Company. We encourage employees to take full advantage of the opportunities for personal development on offer.


It is our policy to ensure that:


  • There is equality of opportunity in all aspects of an employee’s development
  • New employees receive appropriate induction training which is planned and managed
  • New employees will be given an initial period of familiarisation and training until they reach an acceptable standard of performance
  • All employees understand the direction and objectives of the organisation
  • Individual performance and development is monitored and discussed through the "We can do it" Performance appraisal process.
  • All employees are encouraged to use a variety of development solutions relevant to their particular job and career path.

The Group will invest in its employees' training and development, building their capabilities to meet the business plans and provide internal management succession.


Investor In People

In October 2006, the Group underwent a review to establish if it was continuing to meet the requirements of the Investors in People standard.


The Assessor was extremely impressed with the work The Regenda Group had done to maintain the standard and commented on our key strengths:
