Location: M&Y Merseyside
Salary: 25,000 to 28,500 banding	Closing Date: 31/01/2012
We are currently looking to recruit a gas engineer who will be responsible for Carrying out gas servicing, repairs and installations on Regenda properties. You will be based in our St Helens depot but covering all properties in the north west owned by the Regenda Group.

Our client is now seeking to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor to provide a comprehensive responsive and planned maintenance repairs service to their customers.

Multi-Skilled Plumber	More Info
Location: M&Y Lancashire
Salary: 18,000 to 23,500	Closing Date: 31/01/2012
In this post you will be required to carry out plumbing, flagging and general multi-skilled tasks deemed to be associated with the maintenance of the Group’s housing stock. You will be responsible to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing good quality workmanship and leaving premises in a clean and tidy condition.
