Scheme Manager
Based at Finch Court, Birkenhead, Wirral
£16,000-£18,000 per annum
As Scheme Manager you will provide housing related support to older residents in a sheltered scheme.
This rewarding role is funded and regulated by Supporting People and a key part of your duties will be to ensure that all of your residents have an input into the way in which their service is delivered so experience of inclusion and support for vulnerable people is essential.
We are looking for someone with a positive approach to change and a drive to create a popular and vibrant environment at the scheme.
The right candidate will have a thorough approach to record keeping, be IT literate, have a good educational standard and be familiar with modern working practices within the Supporting People framework.
The post requires you to travel so access to a car and full UK driving licence are required.
