Subsidiary Finance Manager (Maritime)
12 month Secondment Opportunity/Fixed-Term Contract
Based at Regenda House, Bolton
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
35 hours per week
Applications are invited for the post of Finance Manager to be based in Bolton. The successful applicant will assist the Subsidiary Accountant in the provision of a proactive customer focussed financial information and advice service to operating subsidiaries at senior management team and operations level.
To undertake this position successfully you must hold or be studying for a recognised accountancy qualification.
You must have extensive, hands-on experience in all aspects of accounts production – both management and statutory - and possess excellent analytical and reporting skills. You must be proficient in the operation and maintenance of integrated financial and management information systems.
In managing a small team and contributing to project teams, you will require excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships.
Your team will undertake timely financial administration and reporting for the subsidiary and various external bodies and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
